One particular aspect that I appreciate about her is that she doesn't recommend any medicines (unless of course the patient is in immense paid). Rather, she tries her best to resolve the issue with her specialized techniques and by teaching exercises (which needs to be done by patients at home). I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for physiotherapist in the Delhi NCR region.

Doctor is friendly, responsive, listens to issues of the patient, goes an extra mile to analyse and explain the health issues affecting the patient. Gives advice and guides to resolve issues. Very effective in helping to exercise and ensuring that muscle and bone related issues are resolved and the patient is back in shape at the earliest.

There was a severe pain in my shoulders. When I met Dr Alpana, she started giving physio treatment which helped me a lot to do my daily routine work. She suggested me some exercises also to do at home. Now I am relaxed and feeling better. Thx Doctor Alpana.

Dr. Alpana was recommended to me by a friend. When I first went to see her I was not expecting much.
